Justin Brown, RBT

I graduated from Florida A&M University with a major in business administration. I earned my RBT credentials through CBG in September of 2022. I wanted to pursue a career in ABA therapy from my previous job as a paraprofessional at Heritage Trails. I would always see kids with behavioral excesses and their therapists right there, guiding them through it. I would say to myself, "I could do that." Being a business major, I didn't have any previous knowledge of what I was walking into but I was very optimistic. I had a few friend at CBG and with a little faith I put in an application and got started. CBG is so good at making you feel loved and appreciated as an employee. This is the first job I've ever had where I feel like my supervisors actually care about their workers! Thy answer questions and they don't judge and leave you room to grow as a therapist in your own way and I appreciate that. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family. Going bowling, to the movies, nature walking in the woods, I love it all.
