What made you pursue a career in this field?
I’ve always known I wanted to work with children. Once I found this field in my undergrad I fell in love and switched my major to pursue ABA.
Why ABA? What do you love about it?
I fell in love with ABA on my first shadow day, before I officially started working for CBG. After I heard the progress and saw the children, I instantly knew that ABA was for me. It also helped that my favorite math was statistics which aligns perfectly with data in ABA.
Why did you choose to work for Cayer Behavioral?
Cayer Behavioral Group always offered me a close knit family vibe with my coworkers. I really enjoy that everyone can look to someone for help and direction when needed.
What is the biggest thing you get from your job? In other words, what do you look forward to – what makes it all worth it?
The progress and positive change created in the lives of our clients and their families. It is an incredibly rewarding experience, one that I always strive to achieve with all clients.
